Luweero police arrests fraudsters over money-lending scam

Police in Luweero has cracked down on a fake money lending institution which has conned over 50 people in Luweero out of money totaling about Shs9 million. Four suspects behind the money lending scam were arrested and charged with fraud. Among them are Moses Mukasa and Gerald Tumwine, all employees of Opportunity Trust Bank Limited.
