A magistrate court in Kagadi, Kibale District has ordered five people to pay a fine of 400,000/= or face two years in jail for settling and carrying out illegal activities in Kagombe forest reserve in the area.
Nine other suspects of the same case who denied the charges were remanded to Kagadi prison until the 25th of this month when the case will be heard. We have more.
