NRM welcomes Bukenya back.

 The return of former Vice President Gilbert  Bukenya to the ruling National Resistance  Movement has excited party  faithfuls. Bukenya made a U-turn on Friday by announcing  that he will back President  Museveni during the 2016 elections  despite having recently been  an integral part of the opposition  coalition, The Democratic Alliance . Different members of the opposition say  that Bukenya owes Ugandans an apology  for his conduct.

Uganda opens new Chancery building in Kigali.
