Rwandans vote overwhelmingly in favour of lifting presidential term limits.

Rwanda’s strongman Paul Kagame
can now stand for another seven year
term of office following the release of
the preliminary referendum results by
the Rwanda Electoral Commission.
Results from the referendum indicate
that over 98% of the Rwandans voted
in favour of amending article 101 of
the Rwandan Constitution that allows
the lifting of Presidential Term Limits.
