Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) has
kicked off its recruitment exercise with the
internal staff being given first priority. Reports
suggest top director slots are up first and
advertisement was done through internal email.
This follows last week’s grave lay off of the
authority’s staff where 890 were affected.
The recruitment process is in two phases; the
first that is underway for directors and the
second will be for lower positions.
The new UNRA structure will accommodate
1,736 staff according to ED, Allen Kagina.
